How to introduce any active Skincare Ingredient

  • As with all active ingredients or serums, it is important to only apply these on your cleansed face
  • Ensure to warm up the product with your fingertips or in the palm of your hands as it will make the product more emollient and therefore easier to soak into your skin
  • Serums or active ingredients should be worked in before you apply your moisturiser and SPF
  • Due to their usually lighter texture, applying these after your moisturiser or SPF won’t do much as they won’t be able to penetrate your skin enough
  • Additionally, you want to do your Face Yoga Workout while you apply your skincare as improved blood circulation & lymphatic drainage help your skincare to work and absorb better
  • NEVER not protect your face when starting to use new active ingredients and wear your SPF religiously
